WELCOME!

Welcome to St. Peter Parish School of Religion! Our PSR program provides formal Catholic religious education in the classroom setting on Monday evenings during the school year, from 6:30-7:45 p.m. Our program continues and supplements the religious formation from parents, who are the first teachers of their children in the ways of the faith. We assist families in the areas of knowledge of the faith, beliefs and Christian life skills and religious practices, and strengthening the growing relationship with Jesus and his Church. Our program currently has an enrollment of 340 in Grades 1-8 in the Monday evening program.

We also have 50 students enrolled in our Sunday Pre-School, which meets during the 10:30 a.m. Mass, October through April. The Sunday Pre-School includes ages 3 through Kindergarten.

In the PSR program, we foster a spirit of mutual support and community by:

• Communicating regularly through newsletters, report cards, meetings, and informal gatherings
• By inviting parents to the annual Open House, PSR liturgies and social events
• By encouraging parents to share their gifts in service to the program
• By willingly, carefully and confidentially listening to the needs, suggestions and concerns of our families.
