Our Music Ministry

St. Peter Parish has been blessed with a wonderful music ministry that greatly adds to our worship of the Lord at our weekend liturgies and other special occasions.

Under the direction of Jim Randazzo, our Director of Music Ministry, we complement our worship with music at all of the weekend Masses. The St. Peter Choir enhances the Eucharistic liturgy at either our 9 AM or 11 AM Mass on Sunday, our Acoustic Musicians lead us in song at the 5 PM Mass on Saturday, and our Contemporary Musicians provide our music at the 6 PM Mass on Sunday. At our 7:30 AM Mass on Sunday, we have, at the very least, a pianist/organist and a leader of song. Jim also works with a Children’s Choir to provide music for a monthly Mass, as well as a special Children’s liturgy on Christmas Eve afternoon. In addition to these choirs, we have a Resurrection (Funeral) Choir that provides vocal and musical leadership for our funeral liturgies.

Acoustic Musicians Choir

These instrumentalists and vocalists provide music for our liturgies in a smaller group setting, generally at our Noon Mass. New members are always welcome. For more information, please call Don or Cindy Snoddy at (314) 965-8429.

Resurrection Choir

This group of dedicated volunteers is especially unique in that they are usually called to assist in the liturgies with as minimal notice, sometimes as little as one day! They can always use more members. For more information, please call our parish office at (314) 966-8600.

Children’s Choir
